MidAmerican Printing Systems, Inc. is one of the most successful commercial printers in the Midwest, serving as a one-stop shop for printing, mailing and fulfillment solutions. Since 1985, the company has been providing services to many of the region’s largest businesses, organizations and institutions, in addition to a vast array of small businesses that exist in the community. In addition, the company is a proud member of the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau and is known among meeting planners and exhibitors as the "go to" Chicago tradeshow printer. MidAmerican Printing Systems is an authorized printer for Underwriters Laboratories.
MidAmerican Printing's facility is a fully integrated shop with state-of-the-art technology in printing, graphics and mailing services. Most impressive, however, is the staff of 40+ professionals that average more than 25 years in the printing business. In addition to the breadth of experience, the staff has an unmatched commitment to provide the utmost in customer service. MidAmerican Printing has been family-owned and operated since its inception. The company launched as a print brokerage firm and quickly grew into a manufacturer of print products. Responding to the needs of the customer, the company expanded into other print-related services. Now solidly immersed into the digital age, MidAmerican Printing manages marketing campaigns that go way beyond ink on paper.

Our “green” initiative
At MidAmerican Printing Systems, we recognize the importance of preserving the environment and are committed to being an environmentally responsible printer in Chicago. That commitment goes beyond words, as our staff takes specific action steps each day to help sustain our environment, including:
- All inks used at MidAmerican Printing are vegetable-based; no petroleum additives;
- All blanket and roller wash solutions have low VOC (volatile organic compound) levels;
- All waste paper is picked up and recycled on a weekly basis;
- MidAmerican Printing is an FSC® Certified Printer (Forest Stewardship Council™). This means that the paper we purchase is from companies that practice responsible forest management practices;
- We duplex internal company documentation, whenever possible.
