List Management
Ensuring your Direct Mail offer is sent to your clients and qualified prospects is the job of our List Management team. We can help you obtain an effective lead generating database or manipulate your data to ensure all addresses are accurate and meet postal regulations via CASS Certification. After addresses are tested for accuracy, your database will undergo a Move Update (MUV) analysis. Move Update provides new address information from the United States Postal Service’s™ NCOALink™ system when the addressee has filed a permanent Change of Address (COA). Our Move Update (MUV) software is updated real time, so your database is always as accurate as possible.

Mail Services
Mid-American’s Mail Processing team quickly and effectively completes
mail related tasks adhering to all USPS regulations. After your
database is cleansed, we presort your mail, putting your mail in
the correct order and assigning barcodes so you’ll receive the lowest
possible postage rate per piece. Then, we’ll make sure your mail
is properly assembled, meet your mail drop deadline and deliver
your mail to Chicago’s GMF, located just two blocks from our facility.

Delivery
Time is of the essence in the world of printing. In order to best meet your needs, Mid-American has assembled an in-house delivery team, while also utilizing outside messenger services for local deliveries. In addition, Mid-American works with UPS, DHL and FedEx to complete your national and international shipping needs.
